Lyndale House provides permanent supportive sober housing for men only and is located in the Dowling and Lyndale, Minneapolis area. The fully furnished home has
- 8 bedrooms (single not shared)
- 4 bathrooms
- 2 common living spaces
- Free laundry
- Spacious backyard fire pit and lawn furniture
- Off street parking is available from the alley
The affordable room fees include electricity, gas, water/sewer, garbage/recycling, basic cable and wifi (if allowed access). Sober Deposits are required. This is NOT an accessible house.

Next steps to your new home:
- Fill out a Welcome Homes application
- Complete an interview
- Participate in a circle and meet the other residents
- If approved, sign a residential agreement and expectations of the house
- Pay sober deposit and room fee
- Then move-in and Welcome Home!
